-Try to get government and political party involved and supporting the movement.

-And ask them to finance this organisation.

 

Same thing for non-profit and not governmental organistaion.

 

It is in the interest of all organisations to have a central citizen power to decide the main international decisions:

-State should not be any more in competition with each other but working in collaboration.

-Giving the legislative power to the citizen will help governement to be more popular if they don't need to take any more decision.

-Governement will just have to do a good executive power.
